Chulu West Peak Climbing

Chulu West, another peak of Chulu ranges in other side of North Annapurna region which allows you to stand at the elevation of 6,419 m
(21,055ft) in the vicinity of west of Manang valley which is rich for its various peaks and massif Mountains, Chulu West leads to technical climb than other Chulus which is less technical difficulty.  Chulu West summit offers grand mesmerizing views of Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Annapurna ranges, and other peaks of high Himalaya from its summit. This is an ideal peak preparation for the expedition above 7,000 m such as
Mt. Himlung, Mt. Baruntse, Mt. Annapurna IV and others, our Chulu West peak combines with climbing and trekking around Annapurna or circuit offering a scenic panoramic adventure in Annapurna region.

This trekking and climbing combination trip starts right from Jagat via Besisahar, headquarters of Lamjung district which goes along the Marshyangdi River, using the main route of  around Annapurna circuit up to Jomsom via Thorang-la and Ledar with great views of Manaslu and Himal Chuli to the east, from Ledar moving further to Chulu West base camp at 4, 820 m / 15, 814 ft for final preparation and final ascent to the summit, above the base camps making High Camp 5, 520 m / 18, 110 ft to make it possible for the climb to the summit. Chulu West Peak offers a panorama and mesmerizing views of Mt. Annapurna range, Manaslu, Tilicho peak and many other mountains of great Himalaya. Another adventure of this trip is traversing the Thorong-la pass at 5,416 meters, for some trekkers finds hard crossing this pass, due to its high altitude and snow on the trail sometimes. This trip in the end leads to the sacred place of Muktinath a holy spot for both Hindus and Buddhists, Muktinath which literally means ‘the place for Nirvana or Liberation’ and trekking in the world’s deepest gorge at Kali Gandaki valley, this trip finally concludes with a super scenic short flight from Jomsom to the famous tourist spot at Pokhara with its pristine Lake Phewa, being in Pokhara this is one of the another highlight of the trekking.
